St. Tammany deputies told WDSU that a stolen vehicle was spotted on a license recognition camera Wednesday morning at a gas station near the intersection of Florida Street and Girod Street in Mandeville.
Investigators said that when deputies approached the suspects, identified only as a 16-year-old boy and girl, the pair got in the vehicle and took off southbound on Hwy. 59.
